Soldering Workshop at Apo Hamburg

On the 13th of April we, Modulove will host our first DIY Synth Workshop in the Apotheke.

We invite you to come along and join us in building a small synthesiser which you can then take home! You don’t have to bring anything along and you don’t need any experience in DIY electronics or soldering.

We have two options available for this workshop.

1. Standalone Atari Punk Console for 20€ 
2. A simple eurorack module the “MOD1” for 20€

You can register for the workshop below by reserving a free ticket! You may also purchase one of the limited DIY kits with the other tickets. If you would prefer to pay in cash then just book a spot and you can pay in person at the workshop.

We will cover a few things including:

• How to get started with DIY Synths.
• which tools are needed / recommended.
• Where to get components and how to best proceed with building.
• Basic soldering techniques.
• Some of the tips and tricks we have learnt along the way

Everything you will need will be on site and we will help you step by step to build your synthesiser.

After building, we will have a little jam session and try out the synths.

If you already have a portable instrument, feel free to bring it along (plus audio cables).
