Thank you for considering contacting Modulove. We are happy to help if you have any questions or concerns. You can reach out to us in two ways: by filling out a form on our website or emailing us at hello@modulove.de. Our team is always eager to assist you and will respond quickly. We take pride in our customer support and appreciate the chance to help you.

We have opted for a pre-order model in some cases. Our pre-order runs for a maximum of seven days or will be stopped as soon as the product is sold out. This is how we ensure that only as much is produced as you have ordered. After the pre-order, the modules/kits are manufactured in our lab.

After the pre-order phase, production will start. From this point it takes about four weeks for the articles to be ready. They are then sent to us, where we then pack your items for you and ship them to you. Please understand that this process will take at least another seven days.
You can pay with PayPal or credit card. The payment options are also possible soon: Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We ship our items with as little packaging as possible and mainly with sustainable packaging materials. Here you can see our shipping costs view. Our shipping partner is DHL.
Currently we only offer returns and no exchanges. If you want a different module or kit, please place a new order. You can read more about returns at Modulove here.
