You’ll find the shipping costs in the table below. Right now, we’re shipping to almost the whole planet.
Just so you know, sometimes modules come in a drop and we produce only what came in through pre-orders.
We’ll shoot you an email with the exact shipping date as soon as we’ve got the date.
But hey, things might change a bit, and we’ll always keep you in the loop with updates on your shipment.
We’re putting in all the effort to make sure you’re stoked with your Modulove Eurorack modules.
We’re paying close attention to quality and try to keep returns to a minimum.
But if you still need to send something back, just shoot us an email with your order number and why you’re giving it back.
Here’s the deal – we can only accept returns if the module is unused and in its original packaging.
Right now, the return shipping is on you. Once we get your return, we’ll give it a once-over and hook you up with a refund. Keep in mind, this might take a few days.
If you’ve played by our rules, you’ll get a refund for the module’s value and the shipping costs from your order.
And remember, don’t send anything back to us without hitting us up first.

If you snagged some gear online, you can cancel the order without giving a reason within two weeks of getting the goods.
After you let us know you want to cancel, you’ve got 14 days to send the gear back to us.
